This Week's Athlete of the Week

Congratulations to this week’s Athletes of the Week, Kasey Coon & David Rosa. Kasey, a junior on the varsity softball team, has been delivering both consistency and clutch performances at the plate game after game. The leadoff hitter, Kasey, is batting .364 with an on-base percentage of .475. In a key 7–6 conference win over Dayton, Kasey came through in a huge moment, hitting a two-out grand slam in the fourth inning to give the Cougars the lead and spark the victory. David, a senior on the varsity baseball team, came up big in a thrilling extra-inning 6–5 win over #4-ranked Governor Livingston, going a perfect 2-for-2 at the plate with 2 RBIs. In the bottom of the 9th, David launched a walk-off home run off the light tower to secure the victory. Congratulations to Kasey & David!
