Mr. Rafaniello creates a family. Both in concert choir and in uniting all the arts to go support one another. I’m so grateful that we all have the opportunity to make art in our own way and I feel like Mr. Rafaniello works hard to keep those dreams alive.

He is an amazing singer, pianist, choral instructor, and Supervisor of the Cranford Performing Arts Department. He's an amazing teacher because he loves his students individually and does what he can to help them. He deserves this spotlight for the twelve years he's taught at CHS.

He has had an impact on all of his students and my time at CHS. He creates a positive environment where the students feel supported and valued. His constant bright mood and care for students make everyone feel confident in themselves. I enjoy seeing him every day even if we just pass by in the hallways.
