Mr. Whipple is the quintessence of teachers who love the subject they teach and want their students to enjoy it just as much. He is a supportive, engaging teacher who puts effort into preparing and delivering each lesson in a way that makes learning fun. Mr Whipple's love of French and understanding of his students sets a perfect example of the quality of Cranford High School's staff.

Mr. Whipple lights up the classroom on the daily. Even through treacherous school hours, Mr Whipple enlightens his students with creative exercises that enhance our understanding of the French language. Upon becoming one of his students, my French knowledge was at best novice...Now, Mr. Whipple instilled the confidence in me to communicate the language at places beyond Cranford High School. He exemplifies my vision of an ideal teacher, and therefore, deserves to be in the spotlight.

Mr. Whipple deserves to be in the spotlight because of his persistent effort to make his class gripping and fun. On the first day of school when a teacher allows students to choose their seats, usually they all fight for an isolated seat in the back. Not Mr Whipple's class. I fought for my current front seat as every student of his raced to the front on the first day of school. No other teacher has this feat and thus Mr Whipple deserves to be "in the spotlight."
